- Name can be anything used to identify the user, device, workshop, or group.
- Password must be at least 8 characters.
- Email address must be valid, unique, and will be used as the login.
- Each account can have multiple devices.
- Users can join a group; ask the group owner to provide an invitation.

If you need a group owner account, first create a regular account to access the DB2 support system, then request a group owner conversion.
